About us? No- it's about the dog!
The owners - Scott Stilkenboom and Ursula Delaney have been in the industry for many years, having worked at and managed other kennel facilities. It had been a long standing dream of theirs to open their own kennel, taking the lessons learned and a sense of duty toward the pets and opening The K9 Inn in Clarkesville, Ga.
The mission: To provide better care in a low stress environment pet resort with a lower than average capacity, featuring premium suites that go far beyond a kennel and a food bowl for your beloved furry family members. We strive to let the dogs socialize in play groups during the day and frolic to their heart's desire in one of our 3 yards, two of which are concrete as to help keep clean and sanitary conditions and one has grass. We provide professional grooming services on site with high quality tools, equipment and above all- love and patience!
The pet suites are spacious and feature windows with a serene view of a meadow, climate control, cots and blankets or beds, even their bedding and toys from home! There are TVs playing doggie programming, frequent attention by well trained staff and video monitoring.
We feed high quality grain free food or feed what is provided by pet parents.
Our staff is professional, well trained and has a combined experience of 25 years!
