Drop-off & Pick-up

  • Drop-off: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm
  • Saturday 8am-4:30pm, Sunday 2pm-4pm
  • No drop-off after 4:30pm
  • Pick up before noon = free day (except Sundays)

Cancellation Policy

  • 7-day notice for full refund
  • 3-day notice for credit toward future booking
  • Grooming: 24-hour notice required
  • No-shows incur $20 fee
